Shipping policy
We ship to addresses within the United Kingdom only. We're not currently able to ship to the EU or the rest of the world.
Rates
- Standard delivery: £3.99
- Free standard delivery on all orders of £35 or more
Dispatch and delivery
Orders are packed and dispatched by us from our UK location. Standard delivery arrives within 3 to 5 business days from dispatch. Orders placed at weekends or on bank holidays are processed on the next business day.
Tracking
You'll get a confirmation email when your order is placed, and a second email with tracking details once it's on its way.
Wrong address or missed deliveries
Please double-check your delivery address at checkout. If a parcel is returned to us because the address was incorrect or undeliverable, we'll get in touch to arrange redelivery, which may incur an additional postage charge.
Delays, damage or missing parcels
If your order hasn't arrived within 10 business days, or turns up damaged, email us at studio@moxiemode.shop and we'll sort it out.
